Pearsall Field (Austin Chalk, Eagleford, Buda) - Frio and LaSalle Counties

BlackBrush℠ has 60,000 acres with Austin Chalk, Eagle Ford and Buda proven potential. In addition, the Georgetown, Edwards, and Pearsall Shale are very prospective over major parts of this lease position.

BlackBrush℠ recently completed its first horizontal Buda well.  This well had an IP of over 500 BOPDe and has produced over 25,000 bbls of oil in the first 3 months. BlackBrush℠ is partners with Goodrich Petroleum in this well.

BlackBrush℠ has also partnered with Goodrich in over 42,000 acres of Eagle Ford.  The first well has recently been completed.  This well is still flowing back and has and is producing significant hydrocarbons.  The well is restricted due to MidStream take away capacity.

Person Panna Maria (PPM)Field (Austin Chalk/Eagleford/Edwards) - Karnes County

BlackBrush℠ has 7,200 acres in the Person and Panna Maria Field.   BlackBrush℠ has been developing the Edwards and has over 20 PUDs in the Edwards.  In addition, BlackBrush℠ has two successful tests in the Austin Chalk, both are small vertical tests with IPs over 250 BOPDe.

This acreage is a direct offset to some of the EOG and Dan A Hughes Eagle Ford tests.

BlackBrush℠ is currently seeking partners to develop the Eagle Ford and Austin Chalk.

Combined, these zones have over 500 feet of pay.

South Texas Syndicate Olmos - LaSalle and McMullen Counties

BlackBrush℠ has over 24,000 gross acres and 12,000 net acres in the AWP field extension.
The BlackBrush℠ position is in the Oil window of the Olmos, off-set to the recent Swift horizontal Olmos completions.

BlackBrush℠ has drilled a vertical pilot hole and has a whole core of the Olmos.  BlackBrush℠ is developing the well plan to complete a horizontal, multi-stage frac completion in the Olmos (oil).

South Texas Syndicate Deep (Deep Sligo-Cotton Valley) - LaSalle County

BlackBrush℠ has shot and processed 3D seismic over a deep structure.  There is a four way closure on 800 acres.  In addition, a well 1,500 down structure tested the Sligo at 1.5 mmcfd.

BlackBrush℠ is looking for a partner to drill and develop this deep prospect, the Sligo is at 16,000 feet.

Cedar Creek (Smackover) - Henderson County

BlackBrush℠ has acquired over 700 acres of leases in the Cedar Creek Field.  In addition, BlackBrush℠ has processed seismic.  BlackBrush℠ estimates 2.5 to 4 million BBLe recoverable reserves.  BlackBrush℠ is in the process of finalizing a production unit and plans to permit a well by year end.
